I had a great class tonight! The heat was finally just right. When you first walk in the room, it feels terribly hot, but I think the humidity is up too. Regardless of the reason, it was great!
This was Bikram's last class for two weeks as he is off to Japan. Bikram hardly picked on anyone, and he told us we were the best improved class he has ever seen in two weeks in training ever! He also told us that we had the best Half-Moon dialogue since he started teacher training. Now, he may say this to every class, I don't know, but it's still good to hear.
At savasana, he told us we could have the night off. He put on one of his CD's, a really upbeat song, and everyone jumped up on their mats and were dancing and clapping. What a hoot!! A great way to end the week - although we still have our Saturday morning yoga class before the week is officially over.
